Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
This stir fry recipe is a keto staple and perfect for busy weeknights.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pound skirt steak or sirloin steak thinly sliced or shaved
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 5 Chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup bone broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large skillet, melt coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Cooks very quickly.
While the beef cooks, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, ginger and bone broth in a bowl. Set aside.
When the beef is finished cooking, remove and set aside. Add the garlic and onions to skillet. Sauté the garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the sauce and broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer, and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes or until it’s tender, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet, stir to combine and heat. Serve hot over cauliflower rice and top with green onions.
