Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pound skirt steak or sirloin steak thinly sliced or shaved
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 5 Chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup bone broth
Instructions
- INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large skillet, melt coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Cooks very quickly.
- While the beef cooks, combine coconut aminos, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, ginger and bone broth in a bowl. Set aside.
- When the beef is finished cooking, remove and set aside. Add the garlic and onions to skillet. Sauté the garlic and onions for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the sauce and broccoli to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer, and cook the broccoli for 3-4 minutes or until it’s tender, stirring occasionally. Return beef to skillet, stir to combine and heat. Serve hot over cauliflower rice and top with green onions.
